We have recently started a women’s class here at CrossFit Petaluma!
Coached by Sarah, the women’s class places a large emphasis on light-weight and bodyweight movements, while cultivating a fun group dynamic. Workouts come in two flavors: “Beginner” and “Advanced,” allowing new members to jump into the class with ease.
This is a perfect opportunity to bring your female friends or family members who you’ve been trying to convince to come into a group class. Come try the class for free!
Classes are currently held Wednesday 7pm and Saturday 10am, with more class times in the works!
